As a NASM-certified personal trainer, Certified Holistic Nutritionist specializing in Gut Microbiome and Hormone Optimization through National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I have coached and trained over 6000 hours worth of clients 1-1 since Jan 2020.
